GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The present general conditions of sale apply strictly to all sales of products made by the Radical-rpm.com online shop.
Any order placed with the Radical-rpm.com online shop necessarily implies, as an essential, determining and indispensable condition, the unreserved acceptance by the Client of the General Conditions of Sale of the Radical-rpm.com online shop in force on the day on which the corresponding order is placed. Furthermore, the Client acknowledges that the acceptance of the present conditions will imply their application to the order to which they refer, as well as to any subsequent order, with the exception of those cases in which new conditions are brought to his attention by the Radical-rpm.com online shop. The fact that the Radical-rpm.com online shop does not have recourse at any given time to any of the present conditions shall not be interpreted as, nor shall it be tantamount to waiving recourse to them in the future or in the past.
The interpretation and execution of the conditions, as well as all acts that are a consequence of them, will be subject to Spanish law, unless there are public order provisions to the contrary.
PRICES
The prices of the products offered through the Website include VAT and any other applicable taxes. However, these prices do not include the shipping costs of the products, which are detailed in the section "Shipping Costs" and which must be accepted by the user at the time of placing the order using the Order Form.
Radical-rpm.com reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The products will be invoiced at the price in force at the time the order is registered.
PAYMENT METHODS
When placing the order, the customer may freely choose to pay for the purchases made in the Radical RPM online shop by means of

USER REGISTRATION
To browse the shop and add products to the shopping cart it is not necessary to be registered. However, to make a purchase you will need to register as a user. We will ask you for your personal data to generate your customer file, these data will be protected under the provisions of Law 15/1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data.
Only persons over 18 years of age may register.
With your user account you will be able to make purchases and benefit from the discounts, promotions and gifts that we offer our customers.
In your account you will be able to consult the history and details of your orders, your delivery addresses, your means of payment, your discount vouchers, etc.
PURCHASING PROCESS
To shop at Radical-rpm.com online shop you will need to be a registered user.
Add all the products you want in your shopping cart, then click on "Confirm" to complete the purchase. You will be asked for the delivery address and the customer address (you can use the same address for both).
Then you will be asked to choose the type of shipping, these rates are calculated according to the delivery address provided, with the total weight of the package.
Finally you will be asked to choose the method of payment, either by bank transfer or cash on delivery.
The purchase tickets will be sent to the e-mail address indicated by the user when registering and can also be consulted in the registration account created by the user in the Radical-rpm.net online shop.
Radical-rpm.net will send an email acknowledging receipt and confirming the purchase made to the Customer's email address within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of the order by the customer.
SHIPMENTS
PLACE OF DELIVERY
Radical RPM undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the user and which, in any case, must be within the Territory. In order to optimise the delivery process, the address indicated by the user must be an address to which delivery can be made during normal working hours.
If, at the time of delivery of the product to the address indicated, the user is absent, the carrier will leave a notice indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery. If, after seven (7) working days from the date of the notice, the Member has not contacted the carrier to arrange a new delivery date, the products will be returned to Radical RPM's warehouses and the user will be responsible for the shipping and return costs, as well as any associated handling costs.
Radical RPM shall not be liable for any errors or damages caused in the delivery when the delivery address entered by the user does not match the place of delivery desired by the user.
DELIVERY PERIOD
The maximum period for the delivery of products, except in circumstances of force majeure, is eight (8) working days from the date of the order.
Radical-rpm.net does not deliver products on Saturdays, Sundays, national, regional and local holidays.
Radical RPM will inform the customer, by sending an email to their email address, of the date of departure from the Radical-rpm.net warehouses of the corresponding product order and the contact details of the transport company that will carry out the delivery. Within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours of this date, the product will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer, except in circumstances of force majeure.
Delivery shall be deemed to have taken place from the moment the product has been placed at the disposal of the Partner at the place of delivery indicated by the user or in the order.
The risk of the products (including, but not limited to, loss, damage or theft) shall pass to the user from the moment the product order has been made available to the user in accordance with the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions.
RETURNS
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the last of these goods.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify Radical-RPM, C/ Romeral nº4, 03194 La Marina (Alicante), 965419759, of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, although its use is not obligatory.
In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication concerning your exercise of this right is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
In the event of withdrawal by you, we will refund the payments received from you by means of a voucher, including the costs of delivery in the event of an error on our part (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any charges as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods.
You must return or hand over the goods directly to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if you return the goods before this period has expired.
You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
